Takedown & DMCA Policy

The Goondex respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws.

If you believe content hosted on this platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing the following:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email, mailing address, phone number).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The URL(s) or sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing material.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your electronic or physical signature.

We will process valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the material while we investigate. We will also notify the uploader.

If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

1. Your full legal name and contact information.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its former location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your jurisdiction, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Send counter-notices to the same address above. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice we may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant seeks a court order.

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.

By uploading content to The Goondex you confirm that:

• You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions.
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• All performers depicted are adults (18+).
• The content complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Uploading content you do not own or have permission to distribute may result in immediate removal, account suspension, and legal liability.

We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform: your email address (via authentication), uploaded files, and basic usage logs. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Uploaded files are stored on Cloudflare R2 and accessed only by authenticated users and administrators.
